Mortaine- Agreed. We're working to get the schedule locked in. There is a lot of juggling to do and we want to make sure we can everyone placed on days they'll be in town. Several people involved in the event are planning on attending the anti-war rally on Saturday. Expect the vlogging panel and workshop to be on Sunday.

sfmike- I generally agree, but Virtuous isn't an evil Ticketmaster clone. 10% of their profits go to local food banks and they are a locally owned entity. From an organizer's perspective, they really take care of what can be big headache when trying to manage 500 attendees. We feel that $22 for the whole weekend is still quite a good value considering what other conferences charge for similar fun. Look forward to seeing you here.

Dear Eddie: I hate buying tickets over the internets, especially because they usually charge you some ridiculous fee (10% of the $20 Weekend Pass in the case of Webzine). Can I just give you some cash instead? I'm a total Annalee Newitz fan and of course I love drinking beer with interesting people.

Great! It would really help to have a rough schedule of the speakers/panels, so those of us planning to only go for one day would know which day to buy tickets for. And also so those who are planning on going to the big huge anti-war rally (also in San Francisco on Sept. 24th, *ahem*) will know what we're missing.
